For best results schedule the photography between 10am and 3pm. This can vary by an hour depending on the season

For best results Twilight photos are taken after sunset but before total darkness (civil twilight time). This short time frame allows between 3 to 4 photos.
If you have a property that is worth it they are spectacular.
Studio Policies
-Money back guarantee
-24 hours or less for photos taken Monday through Thursday
-48 hours or less for photos taken Friday and Saturday
-Payment is due at time of photography.
-Acceptable forms of payment are: All major credit/debit cards, check, Zelle, Paypal, cash, Facebook.
-Photos are to be used by the licensee for the express purpose of selling/renting the property or self promotion.
-Photos CANNOT be sold or given to third parties.
-It is the responsibility of the homeowner and agent to "stage" the property prior to photography
